2020 Cheerleading Registration

I understand that this registration will be accepted upon its submission, and I agree that:

1) Registration is subject to the rules and regulations of the ERRAA and any other sports or

 athletic organizations with which the ERRAA  program is or may become affiliated.

2) Registration may be revoked with or without cause at the discretion of the Board of

 Directors of the ERRAA.


3) Registration includes limited insurance coverage which is excess insurance only that

 becomes effective only after another personal insurance coverage has been exhausted.


4) Registration is subject in particular to the ERRAA Code of Conduct, receipt of which

is hereby acknowledged.

5) The registrant/player named below may participate in the program listed below

 during the season covered by the application.

Registration Fees:
Early Registration Fee - $75 per cheerleader – after March 1, will increase to $90
 
Additional Sibling Discount:
$10.00 for each additional child (discount is taken off of the registration fee only)
CHOOSE YOU FEE(S)
**Uniforms and pom-poms will be provided to all cheerleaders. Uniforms and pom-poms must be returned
at the end of the season. **

Deadline for open registration is June 1, 2020. Late registrations will not be guaranteed placement on a
squad. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.
